Hi,

In the assessment history I can see a summary of the assessment but I can not access to all the questions with their respective answer.
is there any way to retrieve all the answers for an old assessment?

The past responses to questions are not available to "review". You can only see the output of the assessments. This is due in part to avoid anchoring and cognitive bias between assessments.

If this is truly a feature you think you'd pay for, though, why not suggest it for future releases?
